What if I choose the wrong Ring Size?
If you receive an incorrectly sized piece of jewellery, please return
it and we will be delighted to replace it for you. If you're not sure
about your ring size we recommend that you go to a jeweller in your locality
and ask them to size you.

All goods are sent in jewellery boxes.

supply of high quality Irish made Celtic Jewellery. In some cases
prices instore will differ with respect to prices on our website. This
is due to continual changes in the prices of precious metals and currencies
and the costs associated with providing a personal service in our bricks
and mortar store.

What currencies do you support?
We accept transactions in US dollars, Canadian dollars, Australian Dollars,
Euro and British Pounds. Select your preferred currency using the dropdown
menu at the top right of the screen. Use the currency converter below
to view prices in alternative currencies.

Are my credit card details safe?
On our site we have installed SSL this stands for Secure Sockets Layer,
and it is the industry standard method for protecting web communications
developed by Netscape Communications Corporation. The SSL security protocol
provides data encryption, server authentication, message integrity, and
optional client authentication for a TCP/IP connection. You will see as
you go through our order process that you are buying on a secure site.
This means your privacy is protected and your credit card details are
encrypted through the ordering process. You should see a small key (Netscape)
or lock (Internet Explorer) indicating that your browser is communicating
securely with our web store.

Is VAT added to the price shown on the website?
Customers who are resident outside the European Union (EU) are exempt
from Irish Value Added Tax (VAT) but customers who live within the EU
will have this tax added (21%) during the order process.

All goods are shipped via Fedex. These items generally take 2-3 days to arrive.
